Energy and Sustainability Support for Planning Department

Lambeth are seeking to appoint a consultancy for a 3 year provision to provide support primarily to its Development Management department to enable it to deliver against its current planning policies and service delivery targets. The support will comprise of assessment of energy and sustainability submissions that accompany relevant planning applications (excluding applications which are subject to Planning Performance Agreements) and condition/s106 discharge applications and some additional one-off support for its Planning Policy Team
