10 Pendower Road Veryan- Major Void Works

Corserv Solutions Ltd on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to under take major void works at 10 Pendower Road Veryan under JCT minor works contract. The works are to a vacated semi detached house to make ready to relet in line with Cornwall Housing's relet standard. The works comprise of a wide ranging renovation including stripping out works, kitchen and bathroom renewal, shower room renewal, repairs to utility room, renewal of windows, timber repairs, rewiring, renewal of heating and hot water system, demolition of a chimney and other repair works to external structure and external works.
