The supply and installation of domestic LD1 & LD2 and Environmental Sensors

LD1 and LD2 Residential Property Retrofit Programme\r Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of LD1 and LD2 Residential Property Retrofit Programme within the Borough of Swindon\r \r Project Description\r \r The provision of LD1 & LD2 specification fire safety systems to the housing portfolio within the Borough of Swindon. Work is to include the provision of labour, materials, plant and installation in compliance with the Specification, to render the services fully commissioned and operational. The works are to comply with relevant manufactures instructions, British Standards, COPs and all statutory English law, statutory obligations, local authority requirements and Bye Laws.\r \r The initial contract term will be for 36 months with an option to extend for a further 24 months (1 periods of 24 months) for a potential total contract term of 5 years as stated in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is £3,000,000.00 across the initial 3 year contract term and £5,000,000.00 across the potential total 5 year contract term.\r \r \r Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents.\r \r To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents\r \r If you require any clarifications on the tender documents, please submit these in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal by 26th June 2023, 15:00 hrs UK Local time. The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be uploaded periodically on the ProContract tender portal. \r \r Tender Responses are required to be submitted no later than 4th July 2023, 15:00 hrs UK Local time via ProContract tender portal \r \r No Tender submissions will be considered without completing the tender documents in full including attachments and returning them in alignment with the instructions within the tender documents.\r
