Description
Transport for London (TfL) is considering how it may relet their signage and display framework to the supply signage related products and services at TfL premises sites including; stations, depots, piers, garages, tunnels, bridges and subways as well as the procurement of services including design, supply, installation, decommissioning and maintenance of other associated signage and operational equipment, including but not limited to temporary stops and wayfinding directional signage and notices, banners, digital/electronic signs, flags and hoardings. This Preliminary Market Engagement is being issued to inform the market and to obtain market feedback through the use of a Market Sounding Questionnaire (MSQ) in order to assist TfL in understanding the current signage supply chain market and to help rescope and structure the lotting strategy of the framework. The engagement will also be an opportunity for suppliers to express their interest in the opportunity. TfL envisages that the new framework will be an open framework which will be reopened to competition during the life time of the framework, however this could change following feedback from the market. TfL reserves the right to amend our procurement approach. Details on how to receive the MSQ and engage in the process can be found in the engagement section.
