Herts for Learning - Management Information Systems Procurement - Framework Agreement

Herts for Learning (HfL) is seeking suitably qualified and experienced Management Information System (MIS) Suppliers to provide high quality Services supported by robust management and quality control processes. This Multi Supplier Framework Agreement is for Management Information Systems (MIS) to be provided for Schools and Education Settings.As this is a Multi Supplier Framework Agreement and not a Contract for services, the outcome of this process will not be an immediate purchase, but instead we will provide the information to schools and education settings when they approach us to purchase MIS solutions. Details for the mechanisms for calling off the framework agreement are found within the relevant sections of the tender documents.Tenderers will need to demonstrate that they have the requisite skills, infrastructure, resources and procedures already in place to perform any subsequent contract(s) to the standard required by HfL.
