RMBC - AO - LIMA Project - Renovation and Refurbishment of Knowle Green Council Offices, Knowle Green, Stainers-upon-Thames TW18 1XB

Runnymede Borough Council on behalf of Spelthorne Borough Council is seeking the services of a contractor to carry out renovation works to update Knowle Green Council Offices by changing some sections from cellular to an open plan office layout, improve accessibility and operational efficiency. The intention is to undertake interior renovations and to replace assemblies which include floor tiles, windows, ceiling tiles, light fittings, etc. The project which is to remodel the internal spaces to create better use of office space to accommodate reorganisation of the building users will include removal of some partitions (walls), new partitions, decorations, etc. The works are phased out and will be carried out in sequence to accord with dates assigned to each phase. There are five phases (Phases 1-5) which are to be programmed separately to allow works to be executed in succession in line with the Council's programme for office decant and / or relocation.
