eRFQ for the provision of Consultancy Services for Welborne Community Development Strategy

Fareham Borough Council is seeking to develop a medium-term Community Development Strategy (2018-2023) for Welborne Garden Village. A strategy is needed to establish a sense of community identity and cohesion that is dynamic and flexible enough to respond to the transition from no residents to new residents to an established community as the Garden Village develops.
