Tour de Yorkshire for Richmondshire District Council

Richmondshrie District Council occupies 509 squares miles and its boundaries stretch from the River Tees to Cumbria. The area is predominantly rural in character and a large part is situated in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The Council is looking for a suitable skilled, experience and qualified Event Management Company who will be able to event manage the delivery of the Richmondshire stage of the event to be held in May 2018. The requirements will include event delivery of the race, management of a spectator Fan Zone, before and after the start of the race and the supply of a projector officer to manage and administer the project. The project officer will be required to spend time based on the RDC office from January up until and a week after the event. Any questions must be directed through the 'message' option on the ePortal, ProContract. All submissions must be returned via, ProContract. The closing date to receive submission is noon Wednesday 22nd November 2017. Late submissions will not be accepted.
