Description
Rossendale Borough Council has awarded a contract for the provision of an inclusive Creative Skills Programme for Young People across Rawtenstall, Waterfoot and Crawshawbooth. The programme will deliver structured creative skills development, support progression into employment, training or enterprise, and provide inclusive engagement and co‑creation opportunities for young people. The contract includes delivery of workshops, partnership working with local organisations, and an annual youth‑led creative event, together with monitoring and evaluation of outcomes.
