Travel Management Services

The Trust has a requirement for travel services and wishes to go to the market and carry out a tender process in order to appoint an experienced provider of corporate travel and management to ensure that best value for money is obtained. The winning bidder should be dedicated to delivering a comprehensive travel management service at high service levels and seek to improve the Trust's travel process throughout the contract. This should include continually monitoring travel behaviour and identifying changes in order to promote improvements and streamlining to maximise the benefits and cost savings to the Trust.
