Property Management System

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council is inviting tenders for the provision of a new property system. The contract is for a period of five years with the council having an option to extend for a further period of up to five years (10 years in total). As part of the Blackburn with Darwen BC and Capita Partnership, the Council are looking to replace a number of systems with a one view property asset management system.
