Graduation Live TV coverage, video link, lighting and live webcasting services.

The University is looking to appoint a supplier to manage, operate and deliver the coverage of their live graduation ceremonies via television monitors, to offer a video link service and necessary lighting. To run alongside these services, the university wishes to offer live webcasting of the ceremonies. Graduation ceremonies are held twice a year in July & November . The University have decided to remove the compulsory attendance at a site visit for suppliers interesting in bidding for this contact. We are therefore removing this ITT from In Tend and from HEContracts and will publish a new ITT accordingly
