2 year General Building / Refurbishment Framework for schemes in the price range £25k to £100k

St Helens Council are looking to appoint 5 contractors to a general building framework contract for schemes in the price range £25,000 to £100,000 for a period of 2 years with 2 possible 1 year extensions. the 5 successful contractors will tender by competition for all future work let via this framework.
