Description
DurhamWorks Digital Short Courses DurhamWorks are looking for specialist providers who can deliver tailored bespoke support to 16-24 year olds living in County Durham who are not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET). We are looking to work with Providers who have a strong understanding of employer needs who can work with our young people to develop their digital skills to improve their chances of gaining meaningful employment. We would like to procure a programme which covers generic skills that will appeal to all sectors which can be delivered to a wide variety of young people seeking apprenticeships and jobs. Zero hour contracts cannot be considered as an employment outcome. We are looking to create pathways into employment which are accessible for young people on DurhamWorks and have scope to provide ongoing training and development to support sustained progression.
