Adult Care Assessors for Older People - Catch-Up

This procurement is initially to provide care assessments and support plans for older people and those with physical disabilities. Subject to satisfactory performance and funding, Norfolk County Council may wish to extend the requirement into other client groups such as learning disability and/ or autism and mental health and this may extend the period of the contract.
