Pest Control Services for Ubico on behalf of West Oxfordshire District Council & Cotswold District Council

The contract will commence on 1st March 2021. The initial contract term will be for the period of 2 years. The initial term may be extended by two periods of 1 year each, taking the total potential contract term to 4 years. Any extension(s) following the initial term of the contract will be agreed between the Company and the Supplier. The Company will require the Supplier to demonstrate improvements in performance and/or price reductions before considering a contract extension. For any extension(s) to the contract, discussions with the Supplier shall be conducted at least three months in advance of the contract expiry date to arrive at an agreed position
