Tier 2 Adult Weight Management

We are seeking to commission a tier 2 weight management service for Croydon residents from Black African and Black Caribbean heritage. The purpose is to work collaboratively with these communities to provide a tailored and culturally sensitive weight management service that creates opportunities to achieve and sustain better health and wellbeing. This proposal is only open to organisations who can provide specialist tier 2 adult weight management service.
