Description
Kirklees Council are currently preparing to re procure their Adult Carers, Information, Advice & Advocacy Service. Kirklees Council wishes to commission a Service to provide information, advice and advocacy for Adult Carers living in Kirklees and, in partnership with Kirklees Young Carers Service, to Young Adult Carers living in Kirklees. The aim of Kirklees Adult Carers Information, Advice & Advocacy Service is to provide timely, responsive information, advice and support to Adult Carers and to work co-productively with Adult Carers to promote, support, and improve their mental, physical and emotional well-being by identifying and achieving personal outcomes that enable Adult Carers to continue in their caring role positively and safely.
