Operation of a New Refreshment Kiosk in Westover Gardens part of the Lower Gardens, Bournemouth

Bournemouth Borough Council are looking to appoint an operator to run a refreshment kiosk in Westover Gardens for a period of approximately 5 years and 6 months (The Services). The Council is looking to offer a lease of approximately 5 years and 6 months for the refreshment kiosk from a proposed opening date of 30th April 2016. The location of the new kiosk is shown on the Map in Appendix 2. The kiosk structure is currently being manufactured so it is ready to be handed over to the operator on or around the 20th April 2016. The operator will be required to fit out and make operational the refreshment kiosk before the first May bank holiday weekend in 2016.
