Residential Data Services

The data should comprise of information relating to the physical characteristics, marketing and transactional information of individual properties. The data will only be required for residential properties. The supplier should provide access to individual Residential property records via the Client's desktop PCs and laptops, using a website interface. The supplier should also provide regularly updated bulk data (to an agreed format) on an ad hoc basis for all available residential properties that have property attributes, with associated market values.
