Targeted Lung Health Check (TLHC) Project

This is a Contract Award Notice to communicate a contract award by NHS Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB). The contract award is made to GP Primary Choice Ltd for the provision of a Targeted Lung Health Check (TLHC) Service in Suffolk and North East Essex, from 30th September 2022 to 29th September 2024.
