Description
The contractor is required to provide costs for the conversion on the disused laundry room and adapting it to form part of the adjacent dwelling at flat 10. Part of the works involve knocking through the brick party wall inserting PRC lintel and insertion of suitable door liner architraves, door stops and internal flush door with ironmongery and privacy latch. The contractor cost for the removal of redundant services, butler sick and supports redundant washer/boiler and stand, removal of floor screeds to ensure floor levels with in all rooms are at the same level. The contractor to cost for the removal of external door and window frame, and for the insertion of new window frame to match material and fenestration of remaining windows in the building, the works including cutting and toothing out of brick work and the insertion of replacement frame with similar matching brickwork and pointing. Glass double glazed panes to be suitably frosted and approved by the CA or his representative. There is also a need to complete a Questionnaire, which will be used to score the Tenders, and this will carry a weighting of 50%. Cost 50% Quality
