Highways Maintenance Project

Oxfordshire County Council is currently in the process of retendering its highway maintenance contract to come into effect on 1st April 2025. It is expected the new contract will have an expected duration of 8 years plus extensions. As part of this retendering exercise the Council wishes to invite all parties interested in this contract to join them for an industry event on 20th July 2023 between 14:15 – 17:00 at County Hall in Oxford city centre. Please limit the number of attendees to 3 Maximum per supplier. If you wish to attend please contact Phil.Whitfield@oxfordshire.gov.uk with the names of those attending. The purpose of the event will be to present details of the Councils procurement strategy, to explore key areas of the specification and scope with industry partners and to hold a questions and answers session around the contract.
