Hull 2017 - Access and Inclusion Services Framework

Hull 2017 are carrying out this tender process in order to appoint a framework of Access and Inclusion suppliers to work alongside staff at Hull 2017 to plan and deliver accessibility services to support events that are part of Hull 2017 cultural programme and other campaigns. The requirements will vary from project-to-project dependent on the event specification outlined in the brief. There will be requirements at various points throughout the term – some of these may include providing support staff for events where necessary and adaptation of event documents into alternative formats as appropriate, as well as providing event specific support. Hull 2017 are seeking to appoint suppliers with a of experience and expertise in one or more of the following; audio description, BSL interpretation, translation services, captioning, adaptation of documents, co-ordination of relaxed performances and Support staff where and when appropriate.
