Supported Living Housing

Nottinghamshire County Council Adult Social Care and Health Department is keen to promote the development of new Supported Lliving accommodation for County residents requiring the presence of shared background support as well as focused one to one support for carrying out tasks and activities. The Council is looking for experienced provider(s) to source and provide the accommodation and to work in partnership with support providers as contracted by The Council.
