Provision of Full Facilities Management Services for British Embassy Beirut Cleaning Services (Manpower & Consumables), Waste Management Services, Preventive and Reactive Maintenance Services for Electrical & Mechanical Equipment, Maintenance Services for Swimming Pool and Water Treatment Plant and Ad Hoc Services Delivery of Service - A supplier experienced in the delivery of cleaning and waste disposal service. - A supplier who provides first class support and customer service. - A supplier who actively seeks opportunities for enhanced service delivery and innovative solutions. - A supplier who actively pursue opportunities on value for money to the Authority. - A supplier who will serve the contract without any disruptions. Flexibility and Responsive to Change - A supplier who is flexible in its approach and has the ability to cope with changing environments, processes, and requirements. - A supplier who is able to operate seamlessly during the whole duration of the contract. Compliance - A supplier who fully complies with all contractual obligations, national, and international laws. - A supplier who fully complies with environmental requirements, as specified by the Authority. SUMMARY OF THE REQUIREMENT For the Cleaning & Waste Disposal Service requirement: Scope of Service The Service Provider must provide a full cleaning and waste disposal service to the Embassy. The service includes: o Routine cleaning services; o Reactive cleaning service; o Planned cleaning service; o Provision of consumables; and o Waste disposal services o Purchase of cleaning products as part of delivering cleaning services Waste Disposal Services General Waste - The Service Provider must collect and dispose of general waste in an appropriate secure and environmentally preferable manner. Recycled Waste - The Service Provider must collect and dispose of recycled waste in an appropriate manner. ELECTRICAL & MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE Scheduled (planned preventive) Maintenance for Electrical & Mechanical Equipment and systems Unlimited Corrective Maintenance (Unscheduled/Ad hoc), SWIMMING POOL MAINTENANCE & WATER TREATMENT (Scheduled) Swimming Pool Maintenance & Water Treatment (Scheduled) at HMA Residence, Unlimited Corrective Maintenance (Unscheduled/Ad hoc) All consumables to be used for Swimming Pool Maintenance and Water Treatment at HMA Residence. ALL CIVIL WORKS - inclusive of: Painting, Tiling, Polishing and grouting, Waterproofing, Aluminum works, Steel works, Concrete reinforcement project execution, Gypsum board walls with insulation. SPARE PARTS AND CONSUMABLES Any spare part/s and consumables (not included on Attachment 4a) that needs to be replaced (on Electrical & Mechanical Equipment Maintenance-Scheduled & Unscheduled and Swimming Pool and Water Treatment Plant Maintenance-Scheduled & Unscheduled) should be notified to the Authority.
