The Instructional Design and Animation of Learning Material

The procurement scope for this phase of the project covers the instructional design and animation function. We are looking for an experienced contractor or supplier who can undertake the process of designing, developing and delivering instructional materials, building curricula and learning activities and measuring outcomes. The raw content required by the Business Northumberland website will be supplied by the trainers recently appointed in the previous Tender.
