NHS Supply Chain intends to launch a National Framework Agreement for the provision of flexible financing solutions, including Residual Value Leases, Non-Residual Value Leases, Loans, and Sale and Leaseback Agreements. This will cover the facilitating of financing essential medical and non-medical assets for NHS Trusts.
