Description
Suffolk County Council is seeking to engage with waste and recycling operators regarding the operation of 11 Recycling Centres (Civic Amenity Sites) from May 2019. In addition to operating the 11 sites the haulage and marketing of materials will be required. Suffolk County Council is considering commencing a procurement process in mid-2018 for this contract. Prior to the commencement of any procurement process, Suffolk County Council seeks to engage with the market by way of private question and answer (Q&A) sessions. Interested parties should email paul.wright@suffolk.gov.uk in the first instance to request an information pack no later than 6th April 2018. Following receipt of the information pack, interested parties should request a date and timeslot for a private Q&A session. Private sessions will be available between the following dates: 9th to 20th April 2018, with actual dates to be confirmed in due course, in Endeavour House, Russell Road, Ipswich, IP1 2BX. A session is expected to last approximately 2 hours.
