Car Parking Management

Kingston University is looking for a contractor to provide the following service: o Overall Parking Management; and o Pay and Display Installation and Management. The successful contractor will provide a cost neutral solution, in which the capital costs and the on-going costs of the service are covered by the revenue from the scheme. It is also expected that the service will provide the university with an income, once the capital costs and the on-going costs of the service are covered.
