South Tees are committed to delivering and commissioning a wide variety of both internally and externally delivered leadership development opportunities. South Tees are also developing a culture of coaching and compassionate leadership which is vital to the ongoing improvement in leadership capability and staff well-being. The Dare to Lead™ programme enables personal development while allowing staff to work alongside a diverse range of colleagues, sharing stories and experiences adding to confidence and connection. The Trust is looking for a provider to deliver this training.
