Description

The Council wishes to undertake land assembly processes in order to complete the Hailsham Aspires town centre regeneration site. Hailsham is also where the council offices are located and the land assembly will involve a range of individuals and partners with whom the Council has important ongoing relationships. It is envisaged therefore the Council will initially require the following professional land assembly services including but not limited to : Provide valuations, develop a strategy and implementation plan , engage with the relevant landowners/occupiers to progress negotiations for the acquisition of key sites, lead discussions to enable the Council to secure appropriate legal agreements, advise on the requirements for re-provisioning of facilities, assist the Council in its negotiations with third parties, act as the Council's land referencing consultant, During the CPO process continue negotiation with the owners to try to achieve agreement in advance of an inquiry and prepare and serve any formal notices as required on the Council's behalf.
