Description
Health Education England are putting out this notice as a PIN (Prior Information Notice) with a view to completing a Direct Award to Associate of Clinical Pastoral Education Ireland (ACPE Ireland) The case for direct award can be found on the tender portal. HEE is seeking a provider to to pilot a new education, training, and development pathway (clinical pastoral education) to support, encourage and train current Healthcare chaplains to achieve their full potential; not only as specialists in their faith belief and pastoral care settings but as senior leaders within health and care settings. HEE believes that it is highly unlikely for any other supplier to be able to provide the following skills/tools provided by the existing supplier for the following reasons: • The existing supplier provides cultural context for this piece of work. • Hybrid model-geographical proximity- in-person/ online module. • English first language • The existing supplier is the certified CPE educator in Europe • The gap in the English market is growing recognition for a more diverse pathway- CPE. Only the existing supplier can provide it currently. https://health-family-contract-search.secure.force.com/?SearchType=Projects All communications should be made via the messaging function on the Health Family eTendering portal. If any provider has concerns with the commissioning intentions outlined within the published documentation, please raise this via the eTendering Portal in the first instance within 30 days of the date of this Prior Information Notice. The financial envelope for this PIN is £30,000 Excluding VAT The closing date of this PIN is midday on 20th October 2022
