Ticketing 2022 - 2025 - Request for Information only

English Heritage is initiating an exercise to understand the feasibility of providing a unified, ticketing solution across the organisation. The primary objective of this project is to unify two different existing solutions into one. The unified solution will need to offer online, advanced ticketing with access to all of our sites, along with the facility for visitors to walk-up and pay to enter. Please note this a Request for Information only and not a formal tender at this stage. The English Heritage Trust shall not be bound to accept any offer, proceed further with this tender process or; contract award.
