Description

Highways England require a review of the deliverables that were produced at the end of PCF stage 2 and start of PCF3 is appropriate. The following activities are required for the A5036 PCF2/3: Validation exercise following for the A5036 PCF2/3: Validation exercise. 1. Review the existing historical PCF scheme assessment and appraisal products and provide an evidenced technical narrative explaining the development of the PRA route, highlighting any gaps where information is not available; 2. Examine the geometry and layout of the Option 2 proposal supplied by Kier and propose refinements that should be considered in PCF3; 3. Work with Highways England Commercial team and provide the supporting information to get an assured estimate for Option 2. 4. Review the Saturn Traffic model produced by Kier and make appropriate recommendations for its development or improvement in stage 3; 5. Produce a discounted options report utilising existing data and identify areas where further work is required to support decisions that were/were not taken; 6. Work with Highways England to produce a draft set of High-Level Requirements for PCF3; 7. Submit a monthly P6 Primavera programme reflecting the activities that are undertaken.
