Northumberland County Council - Alnwick Window and Door Replacement 2019/21 (2153 & 2155)

Northumberland County Council seeks to appoint one Contractor to undertake a Window and Door Replacement Programme to various properties within the Alnwick area of Northumberland. The works include the removal and replacement of existing doors and windows, replacing with UVPC Doors/windows to the agreed design and specifications, with associated works to approximately 144 dwelling houses of various house types in year 1 and 156 dwelling houses of various house types in year 2. The contract is to be undertaken on a "Supply & Install" basis. Prosper Procurement Ltd ("PROSPER") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
