Heritage Action Zone - Conservation Architect

Nottingham City Council seeks to secure Conservation Architectural Services for the design and oversight of the repair of 2-22 Southwell Road and the repair or reinstatement of the historic shop fronts of the properties. In addition, we are seeking oversight of proposals for the repair, restoration and shopfront schemes in the wider Heritage Action Zone programme including third-party grant schemes for shop front repair or restoration and façade repair schemes. Finally, we require architectural services in the production of condition surveys and options appraisals for Buildings at Risk or in poor condition.
