External Works Housing & Non-Housing

Leeds City Council are looking to appoint contractors to deliver external works to the council's housing and non-housing stock. The works will comprise of tarmac, groundworks, fencing, brickworks including external adaptation works. The contract will be split into 9 lots and the contract duration is 4years plus 4x12months extensions
