De Montfort University (DMU) invites bids from suitably experienced providers for the strategic management of the Impacting Business by Design programme, the key aspects of the requirement being: 1. Set up strategic management - Establish systems including financial and activity reporting, invoicing and payment. 2. Set up systems to ensure full compliance - including but not limited to state aid regulation requirements 3. Improve operational performance - Put systems in place to improve designer outputs. 4.
