APMS for GP Centre at Johnson Hospital, Lincolnshire

NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of NHS South Lincolnshire CCG and NHS England - Midlands & East (Central Midlands) are seeking a provider to deliver an APMS service from the GP Centre at Johnson Hospital, Spalding, Lincolnshire.
