MSV- Materials Supply

MSV are inviting tenders for the supply of construction materials including but not limited to general building materials, electrical materials and plumbing materials MSV intends to engage with a single materials supplier for the provision of a wide range of building materials from an existing supplier branch (or branches) to support MSV's internal maintenance team, Property Care and other parts of the group as required. The outcome of the tender process will be a single contract with one supplier. The contract will be for an initial 3 years with 1 option to extend by a further 24 months, up to a maximum 5 years total contract term (3+2), subject to MSV requirements and the performance of the successful supplier. The anticipated commencement date is estimated to be late November 2024. Full details of the service provision required can be found within the tender documentation.
