Description
The project is for the management, supply and preservation of water across the Lincolnshire County. This project seeks to place instrumentation into water catchments to inform partners what happens to water from when rain hits the ground to when rivers outfall into the sea. The instrumentation shall monitor and provide data relating to rainfall, water levels, flow rates and quality. This will enable the wider Lincolnshire based partners including Lincolnshire County Council to: • develop sustainable water management practices • protect the environment • become more efficient in providing water for people to use, which is not the case now.
