Japan Regional Outreach Project - Creating Outreach Representatives in Fukuoka and Nagoya

Extend our reach beyond Tokyo and Osaka to identify and unlock new commercial opportunities in second-tier cities and their hinterlands. Until October 2016 we had no presence outside the country's two largest cities, in contrast to our main competitors and the UK's larger networks in the US, China, Germany and France. Having contracted agents in Nagoya and Fukuoka,, based on the proven outreach model in China, has enabled us to start exploring the possibility for exploiting a much fuller range of commercial opportunities. We need to continue the pilots in these two cities as well as explore the possibilities in further cities
