Purbeck Gateway - Preliminary Market Consultation

Dorset Council are seeking a Strategic Development Partner to deliver several transformation projects in key locations across Dorset under the Building Better Lives programme. Valued at over £100M, it joins up health and social care in the county and provides good quality housing and care options for the people who really need it. The first project covered by this procurement is the Purbeck Gateway Project. Dorset Council, alongside NHS Dorset CCG and NHS Dorset Healthcare are seeking a development partner to design, fund, build, and manage several significant developments in Wareham across several publicly-owned pieces of land. A Preliminary Market Consultation event will be held on 20th January 2020 from 10am at South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, DT11UZ. Representatives from Dorset Council, Dorset CCG and Dorset Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, will be attending. This is an open invitation for all interested organisations to attend. It is requested that representatives are limited to two people per organisation. One-to-one consultation meetings will also be made available on request, at subsequent dates after the event.
