Coronation Square Clerk of the Works London Borough of Waltham Forest is about to commence construction of Coronation Square. This key development in the heart of Leyton, is one of the largest residential regeneration schemes in the borough and will deliver 750 new homes, 50% of which will be affordable. In addition, it will provide a new centre of indoor sporting excellence, health hub, community facilities, nursery, enhanced public realm and commercial units. The Council is seeking to procure the services of a Clerk of the Works for the Coronation Square project to oversee the construction of Phase 1 and handover of the New Facilities back to the Council.
