Aequus: Sustainability & Building Consultant Services for The Grange Residential development

South Gloucestershire Council and Aequus are working in partnership to bring forward several\r South Glos owned sites for residential development. The Grange site is a challenging site to \r redevelop. The site contains a derelict former secondary school located within a very large \r amount of school playing fields. ACL need to procure a M&E Contractor to deliver the following:\r • Passivhaus designer\r • Detailed design for building services for delivering South Gloucestershire's requirements \r for sustainable construction including on-site renewables\r • Advice to the team on building form, location and size of windows and U values to deliver \r low cost, low energy homes \r • On- site street lighting design\r • Sizing of incoming statutory services and negotiations with suppliers to include location of \r infrastructure, cost of connection et
