Castlewellan Historic Demesne comprises 450 hectares within the Mourne & Slieve Croob Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and can be considered exceptionally significant in terms of its natural and built heritage. The main purpose of the project is to develop a heritage-led destination which will increase visitors to the park through raising awareness of the history, heritage and biodiversity of the park, as well as restore and raise awareness of the Annesley Walled Garden and Arboretum. As part of the overall project's management and to fulfil the terms of the funding award it is necessary to appoint an external evaluation and reporting provider to carry-out: 1.
