WSCC - JS - RfQ for Active Travel Scheme Delivery (DfT Capability Fund) - AWARD

The Department for Transport recently announced a new Local Transport Authority Capability Fund, to replace the Access Fund of previous years. It aims to support traditional behaviour change initiatives, where linked to improvements in infrastructure. The Government has awarded funds to the Council to work with a partner to develop its next package of cycling and walking schemes and promotional activity. The Council is seeking a partner to work with schools and local businesses to encourage pupils/staff to build in active travel habits to get to and from their place of study/work.
