Fuelling Change Campaign

Doncaster Council requires a supplier to provide a bespoke campaign to promote and educate the public and businesses about Ultra Low Emission Vehicles (ULEV), under the wider Care4air brand. There will be a number of strands to this campaign and all must be managed by a single supplier. These work packages are as follows; Design and branding, research, interactive video and webpages, hosting, event organising and planning including launch event.
