Framework Agreement in respect of a For Cause Drug and Alcohol MisuseTesting Services

Wigan Council is looking for an organisation who will carryout for cause testing for drug and alcohol misuse, to ensure the safety of both the public and its staff. .In addition to the testing the Council requires the organisation to work with the council to establish processes, raise awareness, produce information packs / faq's etc. as further described in the tender documents. The Council will be setting up a framework agreement for this requirement as the quantities and therefore actual spend is unknown.
